Sr Informatica Developer

Blu Omega is looking for a Senior Informatica Developer to join our innovative team where your expertise will drive critical data migration and integration projects supporting a cutting-edge Salesforce recruiting solution. Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior member of the data team supporting a mobile-first Salesforce recruiting platform
• Lead a team of 3-5 developers to build efficient and scalable ETL pipelines
• Design and develop seamless data migration processes from ARISS (Mainframe/Oracle) systems to Salesforce
• Provide hands-on development along with technical leadership for Informatica-based solutions
• Collaborate effectively with team members experienced in ETL, data migration, and Informatica technologies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Informatica Administration, Data Engineering (Intermediate), ETL (Advanced), and Salesforce-Informatica Integration (Intermediate)
• Strong expertise in data migration strategies and processes
• Experience working with AWS infrastructure at an intermediate level is preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce, including its integration points, at an intermediate level
• Ability to lead and mentor technical team members effectively

Nice to Have:

• Additional experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar platforms)
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integrations
• Previous involvement in large-scale data migration projects

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or related roles, with a strong background in Informatica and Salesforce integrations

Salary Range: $120K- $160K
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
