As a change management professional, you'll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop plans and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs. You Have:

• 6+ years of experience planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operating programs, using source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes, and using qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess the effectiveness of the operations
• Experience manipulating data to present program status and making recommendations on improving business processes
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in business processes, or 8+ years of experience in business in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
