Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Information Management and Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources.
- Develop actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
- Ensure that data and insights are accurate, timely, and relevant.
- Document Preparation and Communication
- Draft clear, concise, and impactful documents such as reports, memos, briefings, and decision papers.
- Maintain high standards of technical writing and presentation.
- Communicate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Project and Initiative Coordination
- Oversee the planning and execution of projects and initiatives.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Staff and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between leadership and operational teams.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments and agencies.
- Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Policy and Procedure Development
- Assist in the creation and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
- Decision Support
- Provide subject matter expertise to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare decision packages for review and approval by senior authorities.
- Crisis and Contingency Planning
- Support emergency response and contingency planning efforts.
- Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Education, Certification & Experience Requirements
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as Public Administration, Business, or Military Science
Certification Required:
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Experience in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- Experience tracking technical deliverables and recording meeting minutes
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint applications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Knowledge of DoD policies and procedures
- Strong technical writing and editing skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands:
- This position is performed in a professional environment, remote/home office setting, or on-site government facility, as required by the contract.
- Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, during normally scheduled business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work required to meet critical deadlines.
- Work involves extensive computer and secure network use, including periods of prolonged sitting, data entry, and screen time.
- The role requires working independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating virtually or in person with CCS teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
