Overview
Nakupuna Federal is seeking a Mid Logistics Analyst to support the Logistics Management and Fleet Support functional area within NAVWAR's Ship Integration Program Office (PMW 760). This role provides logistics analysis and sustainment support for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems delivered to the Fleet. The analyst will support lifecycle logistics planning, sustainment analysis, and program execution activities to ensure systems remain operational, maintainable, and aligned with Fleet readiness requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting DoD acquisition programs and logistics operations within a defense program office environment.

- Support lifecycle logistics planning and sustainment activities for C4I systems within PMW 760 programs.
- Assist in developing logistics documentation and sustainment plans supporting system deployment, operation, and long-term sustainment.
- Conduct logistics analysis related to maintenance planning, provisioning requirements, and supply support to maintain system availability and readiness.
- Track logistics performance metrics, maintenance trends, and supply chain status to identify potential sustainment risks.
- Support Integrated Product Support (IPS) activities including maintenance planning, technical documentation, training support, and supply support coordination.
- Coordinate logistics efforts with engineering, program management, contracting, and operational stakeholders to support integrated program execution.
- Maintain logistics documentation, provisioning data, and sustainment records supporting program lifecycle management.
- Ensure logistics activities follow DoD lifecycle logistics policies, configuration management processes, and program documentation requirements.
- Provide comprehensive technical data and documentation support, including development, validation, and publication of technical manuals
- Conduct technical and quality reviews, manage content integration and support configuration management activities such as testing, obsolescence and DMSMS tracking, and discrepancy reporting using government systems and tools.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses expertise and experience with NAVWAR program offices. Specifically, the ideal candidate will be familiar with and have experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Experience supporting Department of War logistics and sustainment activities, including maintenance planning, supply support, provisioning, and Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements.
- Knowledge of defense acquisition lifecycle processes and logistics support requirements supporting operational systems.
- Ability to analyze logistics performance data, maintenance trends, and supply chain information to support system readiness and sustainment planning.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate with engineering, program management, and logistics stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working across teams. Willingness to share expertise with others and give and receive honest feedback.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to learn and apply logistics concepts to assigned duties.
Education/Experience: The following are desirable levels of experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant work experience, OR
- 9 years of relevant working experience
