Gateway Geospatial Group (G3) is seeking a highly motivated Network Development Analyst (NDA) to support mission-critical intelligence operations. In this role, you will analyze complex target networks, fuse multi-source intelligence, and develop actionable insights that directly support national security objectives. You will work in a dynamic, high-tempo environment leveraging advanced analytic methodologies, tools, and data sources to identify, characterize, and exploit networks of interest.\r\nThe ideal candidate is a technology-enabled analyst with strong critical thinking skills, experience in intelligence tradecraft, and the ability to transform large volumes of disparate data into meaningful intelligence. This position supports operational and strategic customers across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD).
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of complex networks, including identification of key nodes, relationships, and vulnerabilities
• Perform pattern of life (PoL), social network analysis (SNA), and link analysis to support target development
• Fuse multi-INT data (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT) to generate all-source intelligence assessments
• Develop and maintain target packages, including actionable leads and intelligence reports
• Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to support mission objectives
• Leverage advanced analytic tools and databases to query, exploit, and visualize data
• Produce high-quality written products and briefings for tactical, operational, and strategic audiences
• Apply structured analytic techniques and IC tradecraft standards (e.g., ICD 203/206) to ensure analytic rigor
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, interagency partners, and operational stakeholders
• Support intelligence planning, targeting cycles, and operational decision-making processes
Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance (polygraph eligibility or current poly preferred)
• Bachelor\u2019s degree and 3+ years of relevant intelligence analysis experience (or 7+ years without a degree)
• Experience with network development, targeting, or all-source intelligence analysis within the IC or DoD
• Experience conducting pattern of life, social network, or link analysis
• Experience working with multi-INT data, including SIGINT and HUMINT
• Proficiency with intelligence tools such as Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE/MIST, Palantir, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality intelligence products and briefings
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate independently and in team environments in high-tempo settings
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting counterterrorism (CT), counterproliferation (CP), or cyber/network analysis missions
• Familiarity with DNI/TDNA methodologies and network exploitation techniques
• Experience in a fusion cell or operational targeting environment
• Knowledge of collection management processes and intelligence requirements development
• Experience applying ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards in finished intelligence production
• Familiarity with targeting frameworks such as F3EA, D3A, or TCPED
• Experience briefing senior leaders and operational customers
• Background in computer networking, data analysis, or cyber-related disciplines
• Foreign language proficiency (mission-dependent)
