Training Systems Logistics Support Specialist
Location: Quantico, VA
Clearance Requirement: Secret Clearance
Employment Type: Full-Time, Day Shift (0730-1600)

Lucayan Technology LLC is hiring a Training Systems Logistics Support Specialist to support the Range Training Area Management (RTAM) and local System Support Officers (SSO)/Responsible Individuals (RI) in managing the life-cycle and accountability of Ground Training Systems (GTS) and Virtual Training Systems (VTS) across supported U.S. Marine Corps installations. This role involves inventory control, asset management, inspections, documentation preparation, and scheduling responsibilities in accordance with established Marine Corps policies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in system support for the Force-on-Force Training Systems (FoFTs) and Infantry Immersive Training Systems (IITs), supporting USMC activities associated with the integration and interoperability of FoFTs/IITs. Participate in joint working groups and action teams to ensure smooth operation and coordination.
  • Support RTAM in researching, analyzing, and developing courses of action and business cases for funding and acquisition of the Marine Corps Tactical Instrumentation System (MCTS), including personnel, vehicle, weapons surrogates, and the Special Effects Small Arms Marking System Gen II (SESAMS Gen II).
  • Conduct research and provide subject matter expertise to validate operational conditions within the Marine Corps FoF-based training system. Analyze specifications and operational environments related to FoFTs/IITs to assist RTAM in producing documentation and guidance for TECOM plans and policies.
  • Assist in drafting capabilities integration and development documents, such as the Initial Capabilities Development Document (ICDD), Capability Development Document (CDD), Capabilities Requirements Change (CRC), and Letters of Clarification. Conduct technical research, identify training performance issues, and perform capability needs assessments to validate key performance parameters.
  • Maintain liaison with the Program Manager, Training Systems (PM TRASYS), to review and reconcile requirements and funding issues related to FoFTs/IITs, ensuring alignment with project needs and financial resources.
  • Support RTAM in researching, analyzing, and developing courses of action and business cases for funding and acquisition of the Marine Corps Tactical Instrumentation System (MCTS), including personnel, vehicle, weapons surrogates, and the Special Effects Small Arms Marking System Gen II (SESAMS Gen II).

Required Qualifications
  • Drivers License
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Active or Interim Secret Clearance (must be maintained).
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property accountability, supply chain, or logistics operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Familiarity with DoD/USMC supply accountability systems (DPAS, CAR, CMR).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to brief leadership and prepare reports.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with Marine Corps RTAM, TECOM, or training support operations.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management practices and lifecycle sustainment processes.
  • Experience developing and maintaining SOPs for accountability and property management.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.


Work Environment
  • On-site
  • Work will take place across office, warehouse, and field inspection settings.
  • May involve limited travel to conduct inspections or inventories at other installations.
  • Integrated environment requiring close coordination with military, civilian, and contractor staff.
