Position Overview
NASK is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master I to support NASIC A9 ICAM efforts and deliver secure Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities across Air Force intelligence mission systems. This role enables Agile software development teams supporting ISR operations, intelligence production, and digital transformation initiatives.
The Scrum Master will foster high-performing teams, ensure Agile best practices, and drive mission-focused delivery in partnership with the Government Product Owner.

Position Overview

The Scrum Master will foster high-performing teams, ensure Agile best practices, and drive mission-focused delivery in partnership with the Government Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum values, and continuous improvement
- Partner with the Government Product Owner to maintain a prioritized backlog
- Remove technical and operational impediments to ensure team velocity
- Foster collaboration across software developers, engineers, and ISR mission teams
- Support delivery of cloud-native ICAM solutions aligned to NASIC mission needs
- Promote transparency using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate development activities supporting ICAM services such as entitlements and user profiling.
- Remove team impediments and promote collaboration across engineers and stakeholders.
- Support continuous integration and deployment within NASIC cloud environments.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and the NASIC Software Development Guide.
- Travel, up to 10% of time including outside of continental U.S.

Required Qualification:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) recognized by the Scrum Alliance.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 5 years of experience as Scrum Master experience in Agile environments
- Experience supporting software development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate must have an active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
- Must be able to support an in-person / closed-area work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes environments or containerized platforms.
- Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)
- Additional Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs
- Familiarity with ICAM, Zero Trust, or cybersecurity
- Experience with Jira and Confluence,
- Experience with DevSecOps environments
