The Systems Integrator (SI) supports the Center's Front Office (FO) team responsible for providing professional resources to the workforce to assist with career development. The SI is responsible for assisting with and coordinating career service events across the Center. Key duties include:

The Systems Integrator (SI) supports the Center's Front Office (FO) team responsible for providing professional resources to the workforce to assist with career development. The SI is responsible for assisting with and coordinating career service events across the Center. Key duties include:
- Coordinate events and logistics for speed mentoring, graduation ceremonies, mock interviews and other strategic career development events.
- Identify and coordinate volunteers, participants, photographers, rooms, food, speakers, etc.
- Coordinate with the Center's communications team to advertise and reach the target audience of 550+ employees.
- Assist in the development of a "Roadshow" to inform and educate the workforce about the available resources that support career development goals.
- Provide backup support to the team to ensure continuity and eliminate gaps in coverage of daily operations of the team.
- Support and prepare for vacancy and promotion panels.
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make connections and build relationships required to execute small- and large-scale events.
- Creative thinker when considering strategic career development events that will draw volunteers and participants and maximize reach to the target audience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- On-site experience supporting talent acquisition and/or career development initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with minimal direction.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules.
- Ability to coordinate information flow between all programs and organizational managers.
- Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
- Ability to provide a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.

- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting metrics.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the requirements of an evolving, changing organization and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Imagine.
- Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems.
- Ability to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems.
