Job Description
COLSA is seeking a Power Platform & Integration Analyst to support our customer on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. This role drives low-code automation and data integration across Microsoft 365, JIRA, Salesforce, Elastic, and Tableau environments, advancing mission efficiency through intelligent design and seamless connectivity. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in SharePoint and Power Platform with a problem-solving mindset, building modern solutions that streamline processes, reduce human error, and deliver actionable insights through interactive applications and dashboards. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a strong Agile mindset.They will participate in Agile ceremonies, meet sprint commitments, communicate progress proactively, and brief senior leadership on solution status, architecture, and impacts to the mission. This position may require 25% CONUS travel as needed.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Integrate Connectors and APIs with JIRA, Salesforce, Elastic and Tableau
- Embed integrations and workflows withinMicrosoft Teams
- Identify process deficiencies and design automation to reduce repetitive tasks and human error
- Streamline cross-environment processes fromMicrosoft 365 → JIRA → Salesforce
- Create interactive analyst applications and dashboards; PowerApps required
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including AI, automation, and advanced data visualization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver measurable improvement
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and meet sprint‑based development milestones
- Prepare and brief high‑level customers, leadership, and program stakeholders on project status, findings, and recommended solutions

Required Experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7-12 years of related experience
- Strong foundation in SharePoint and Power Platform development
- Proven experience integrating with REST APIs and third-party platforms (JIRA, Salesforce, Elastic, Tableau)
- Hands-on experience building interactive dashboards and analyst apps; PowerApps is a must
- Focus on low-code solutions and rapid deployment
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to operate within Agile development processes and meet scheduled delivery requirements
- Willing and able to travel CONUS up to 25% as needed.
- U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance prior to start;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python (beneficial but not required)
- Familiarity with Teams application integration and automation patterns
- Experience defining KPIs and creating data visualizations that drive decision-making
- Experience creating Salesforce Flows and automations

- PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate
- PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- MS-600 Teams Application Developer Associate
- AZ-204 Azure Developer Associate
