We are seeking a Product Management Leader to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.
Responsibilities
The Product Management Leader is responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of the (SES) Product Management Office. This role ensures that approved product initiatives are efficiently onboarded from intake and managed through their lifecycle in alignment with established governance and delivery practices.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned product leader with strong operational discipline and experience managing complex, mission-critical programs. This position requires an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance and the ability to operate effectively in secure and controlled environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Product Management Leader, supporting portfolio oversight, governance execution, and PMO operations.
- Manage the onboarding of new approved product ideas from intake through initial scoping, team assignment, and lifecycle initiation.
- Lead the day-to-day operational rhythm of the Product Management Office, ensuring visibility, consistency, and timely decision-making across all products.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, contracts, legal, and operations to ensure market readiness for product initiation and transition through lifecycle stages.
- Maintain portfolio-level tracking of schedules, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with established product management standards, templates, and review processes.
- Support leadership reporting, portfolio reviews, and executive-level presentations.
- Mentor and guide product managers and cross-functional teams to improve delivery performance and adherence to governance processes.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across PMO tools, cadence, and coordination practices.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (BS) such as Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering or related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in engineering, with preferred experience in design build with a Bachelor's or 9+ years of experience with a Master's Degree
- Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with various customers, vendors and peers
- Experience leading large scale Designs
- Ability to effectively work with AutoCAD
