Job Description
We are seeking an Engineering Process Consultant to support a variety of task orders focused on improving engineering processes, workflows, and stakeholder engagement. This role involves working closely with program teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and drive data-informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and analytical thinker who can translate complex requirements into actionable solutions while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support a diverse set of engineering consulting activities across multiple task orders
- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and assess impacts of proposed changes
- Document and maintain workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with program teams to prioritize requirements and align them with mission objectives
- Collect, track, and report on requirements-related metrics
- Act as a liaison to ensure stakeholder needs are clearly understood and addressed
- Analyze data to develop models, visualizations, and insights that support decision-making
- Identify risks within engineering projects and support the development and monitoring of mitigation strategies
- Contribute to or support configuration management and knowledge management processes
- Assist in defining the scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis
- Participate in planning sessions, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
- Experience supporting engineering, systems, or process improvement initiatives
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and working across cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Familiarity with risk management, configuration management, or knowledge management practices is a plus
