Job Description
We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to support a variety of task orders by applying analytical, problem-solving, and reporting expertise to improve business operations and processes. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to evaluate current processes, identify risks, and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and critical thinker who can navigate both standard and complex business environments, delivering actionable insights and measurable improvements.

Responsibilities
- Support a diverse set of consulting activities across multiple task orders
- Analyze and evaluate business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Apply analytical and problem-solving techniques to address both standard and unique business challenges
- Develop and deliver a range of communications, including:
- Informal correspondence (emails)
- Formal documentation (memos, issue papers)
- Presentations and executive briefings
- Analyze portfolios, programs, and projects to identify risks and support the development and monitoring of mitigation strategies
- Conduct research to investigate business challenges and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions
- Support financial risk management activities, including maintaining risk registers and conducting fraud risk assessments
- Assist with financial statement audits, audit readiness, and remediation efforts to improve internal controls and maintain a clean audit opinion
- Provide support for resource planning and budget management activities
- Assess the impact of new policies or guidance on financial operations and support implementation efforts
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
- Experience in business process analysis, consulting, or process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing reports, presentations, and executive-level communications
- Experience with risk management, audit support, or financial operations is highly desired
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Certifications
- One or more industry-recognized certifications, such as:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)
