We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst - Threat Reduction with extensive expertise with the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Threat Reduction and Arms Control (DASW(TRAC)) Weapons of Mass Destruction Threat Reduction (WMDTR) Division within the Washington Headquarters Services in Falls Church, VA to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with determination of critical implementation and compliance requirements and issues for monitoring Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) program activities.
  • Work closely with Offices of Secretary of Defense (Policy) and other U.S. Government Departments/Agencies to provide program acquisition support and assist with CTR Program actions requiring coordination at OSD level.
  • Assist development, coordination, and distribution of Acquisition Implementation Guidance and direction to DTRA CTR Program leadership.
  • Provide analytic support in review and development of CTR Annual Report to Congress and other congressionally required reports.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise to advise DoD, other agencies of USG, and partner countries on technical aspects of safeguarding, dismantling, eliminating, and disposing of WMD.
  • Participate in conferences, trips, meetings, and IPTs supporting threat reduction work for countering weapons of mass destruction.
  • Produce issue or point papers, meeting minutes, briefing materials, cost and technical estimates, trip reports, and similar documents.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering, scientific, technical, management, or related discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience doing threat reduction work for countering weapons of mass destruction.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • US citizen

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with CWMD strategy development and implementation.
  • Knowledge of biological, chemical, nuclear, and radiological threats.
  • Familiarity with interagency coordination processes.
  • Experience supporting policy development and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
