Job Objective
The operations analyst will support NSWG-4 in the areas of routine administrative/personnel services, to include, but not limited to, mail services, preparation and distribution of correspondence, reporting and detaching personnel, processing security clearances, and drafting fitness reports, award packages, and provide data collection and drafting for various personnel actions. This role will process leave, pay, personnel and check in/check out requirements in an accurate and timely manner per established guidelines and directives.

Minimum Qualifications Summary
Certification & Education
- Must possess a SECRET Security Clearance
- Must possess a valid state driver's license
- Bachelor degree preferred
Experience Required
- Must possess a minimum 5 years collective experience within the last 10 years performing administrative and personnel management functions in support of the US Navy or other DoD agency equivalent
- Must be familiar with Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), SALESFORCE, Defense Ready, NTRMS, SOES, Navy Enlisted Advancement System (NEAS), Electronic Service Record (ESR), Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS)).
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Objective

This role will process leave, pay, personnel and check in/check out requirements in an accurate and timely manner per established guidelines and directives.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine administrative/personnel services, to include, but not limited to, mail services, correspondence preparations and distribution, reporting and detaching personnel, processing security clearances, and drafting fitness reports, award packages, and data collection and drafting for various personnel actions.
- Greet visitors to the office and department, and answer questions regarding office procedures and policies.
- Receive draft documents, enter into the tracking system, review each for completeness, prepare, proof, route to the appropriate office for review, and archive according to established guidelines and directives. The contractor shall make non-substantive changes real time.
- Maintain documents in electronic file format for retrieval.
- Computer operation to include peripheral equipment using modern office equipment as an aid for day-to-day operations.
- Manage, and maintain paper and paperless documents used in daily or archival activities to include the administrative tickler file.
- Assist with drafting Command award documents pertaining to individual awards, retirement, commissioning and change of command ceremonies.
- Review each document/package for completeness, prepare, proof, and route smooth documents using Defense Ready.
- Maintain documentation of awards coming due, awards ready for presentation, and awards presented.
- Prepare and send out monthly awards board notifications, and prepare, schedule and facilitate monthly awards boards.
- Prepare award packages for presentation at command ceremonies.
- Input completed awards documentation after signature to the Navy Department Awards Web.
