Job Description

Why choose between doing meaningful work and having a fulfilling life? At MITRE, you can have both. That's because MITRE people are committed to tackling our nation's toughest challenges-and we're committed to the long-term well-being of our employees. MITRE is different from most technology companies. We are a not-for-profit corporation chartered to work for the public interest, with no commercial conflicts to influence what we do. The R&D centers we operate for the government create lasting impact in fields as diverse as cybersecurity, healthcare, aviation, defense, and enterprise transformation. We're making a difference every day-working for a safer, healthier, and more secure nation and world. Our workplace reflects our values. We offer competitive benefits, exceptional professional development opportunities for career growth, and a culture of innovation that embraces adaptability, collaboration, technical excellence, and people in partnership. If this sounds like the choice you want to make, then choose MITRE - and make a difference with us.

The MITRE National Security Sector (MNS) and its National Security Engineering Center (NSEC) FFRDC are dedicated to solving the nation's most complex security challenges-spanning the Department of War (DoW), Intelligence Community, interagency partners, industry, and international allies. As a trusted systems engineering and integration partner, NSEC bridges organizational boundaries to enable cross-cutting solutions, proactively assessing capability gaps and focusing on mission outcomes rather than isolated systems or processes.

The Naval Integration and Operations Department (N232) is seeking a Project Leader (PL) for its International C4I Integration Project. This department integrates game changing, asymmetric, and strategic capabilities into Naval operations in order to ensure maritime superiority and All-Domain Fleet lethality in a dynamic, complex, and contested maritime environment. The Naval International C4I Integration project partners with Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) PMW 740, the International C4I Integration Program Office.

Each task will have a MITRE Task Lead who will be supporting you. You and your teams will work with PMW 740 Case Managers (CMs) in the design and development of integrated C4I solutions for foreign partners in support of U.S. National Security and foreign policy objectives. • Innovation - Leverage MITRE's Independent Research and Development (IRAD) programs to deliver additional impact to the sponsor. Work across projects, Divisions, and Centers within MITRE to identify collaboration and technology transition opportunities that are applicable to the sponsor and their missions.
