THE WORK
This position reports directly to the C-130J MATS
TSSC Systems Integration Manager and tests C-130J Maintenance and Aircrew Training Devices
(ATDs). Selected candidates will perform and
analyze pre-certification tests and support all
government device certification efforts. They will
also perform testing and rechecks on all device
discrepancies to prevent and/or correct training
restrictions and limitations. Selected candidates
will coordinate and perform the quality
assurance testing of authorized Design Changes
prior to US Government acceptance. They will be
responsible for working closely with
Configuration Management personnel to ensure
correct software versions are installed/utilized at
all times. Selected candidates will also perform
as Subject Matter Experts for Software and
Visual Engineers, Configuration Management,
and US Government customers.
This position will accomplish checklists required
to compare simulator performance/handling
characteristics to that of the actual aircraft.

Basic Qualifications:
• Recent C-130J 8.1 and 8.1.1 aircrew
qualification & mission experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint and Excel required
• Experience in flight test planning, procedures,
and reporting
• Experience with Simulator requirements
• Must be capable of attaining a SECRET
clearance.
• Ability to collaborate locally and remotely with
dynamic teams, customers, suppliers, and
stakeholders.
• International Travel is required
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of Jira desired.
Working knowledge of GitHub desired.
Quality assurance experience desired.
Configuration management/SW version control
experience desired.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
