Description:Plans utilization of office space with requirements of organizational efficiency, and available facilities and funds. Plans, coordinates, and allocates office space for all locations. Develops and recommends long-range plans to meet future office space needs. Formulates, recommends, and ensures compliance with approved standards and policies relating to office space and furnishings. May provide liaison with owners of rented office space in matters relating to planning and execution of alterations/leasehold improvements, occupancy, and adherence to lease allowance and terms.
Develops solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work is reviewed periodically for the adequacy of judgement, overall accuracy, and quality.
Contributes to organizational projects and goals. Represents on specific projects and teams, contributing to effective collaboration and problem resolution. Engages with immediate team members and some external contacts.
Demonstrates a strong understanding and applies industry techniques within area of specialization. Utilizes a range of concepts and principles.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to take a project from conceptualization and organize, plan and manage it to successful completion
• Ability to foster positive working relationships and make sound risk based decisions
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Proficient with CAD Software to create 2D and 3D Drawings
• Certified Planning Engineer (CPE) certification
• Experience in project management including but not limited to budget planning, cost analysis, schedule development, and risk and opportunity management
• Space planning
• Contract furniture specification and installation knowledge
• Field verificaitons, Finish and material selections
• Cross functional coordination with designers, architects, and vendors
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
