About Us
CornerstoneX is a scaling technology company building the future of intelligent digital beings. As
we continue to expand our globally recognized AI-powered metahuman platform, we’re shaping
how people interact with technology through lifelike 3D avatars, generative AI, and real-time
engagement. Our innovative solutions are already driving impact across industry verticals and
enterprise clients.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in building AI
agents and workflow automations using n8n to lead the development of an Agentic AI
Metahuman platform deployed in secure, public-sector environments. You will design, develop,
and deploy intelligent, autonomous systems to automate real-world business processes,
collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

In this role, you will also engage directly with the customer, guiding them in designing and
building AI agents through n8n and ensuring successful implementation of advanced
automation solutions. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced,
experimental environment and is passionate about the intersection of AI and low-code
automation platforms.

Responsibilities
● Design, build, and maintain AI-powered agents and automation workflows using n8n
and similar low-code/no-code platforms.
● Oversee and evolve agentic workflows and orchestration using n8n.
● Integrate third-party APIs, SaaS tools, and AI models (e.g. GPT, Claude, Anthropic) into
automated workflows.
● Develop modular, reusable workflow components and custom n8n nodes as needed.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable
AI solutions.
● Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new AI-driven features and automations.
● Monitor, optimize, and maintain deployed agents and workflows for reliability and
performance.
● Document workflows, maintain clean codebases, and communicate technical insights
clearly.
● Design and implement practical AI/ML solutions (LLMs, agents, embeddings, tool use,
RAG, etc.)
● Guide best practices for agent autonomy, reliability, safety, and monitoring
● Manage and mentor a small team of developers
● Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives)
● Ensure systems meet public sector security and compliance requirements
● Contribute to and maintain compliance with:
○ FedRAMP
○ SOC 2

Required Qualifications
● 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
● 2+ years of hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms
(e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat, LangChain).
● Proven experience designing and deploying AI agents or autonomous workflows in
production environments (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, SuperAGI, CrewAI).
● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
(or equivalent practical experience).
● Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript (for custom logic and integrations).
● Deep understanding of agent-based AI architectures, including LLMs, triggers, and
actions.
● Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party services into automation
workflows.
● Familiarity with cloud services and MLOps concepts for deploying and monitoring AI
systems.
● Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a fast prototyping mindset.
● Knowledge of vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and
retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
● Strong background in:
○ Agile/Scrum methodologies
○ Requirements creation and backlog management
○ Delivery tracking and milestone management
● Excellent communication and documentation skills

What Success Looks Like
● A motivated, high-performing engineering team delivering consistently
● A stable, scalable, and compliant Agentic AI Metahuman platform in production
● Clear roadmaps, predictable delivery, and strong stakeholder trust
● AI systems that are not just impressive but reliable, secure, and mission-ready

Why Join Us?
● Work at the forefront of AI-powered automation and agentic technology.
● High-impact, high-growth role with room for creative experimentation and ownership.
● Flexible, remote-first work culture with a collaborative, ambitious team.
● Opportunity to shape the future of intelligent automation in real-world applications.
