The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF THE POSITION WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION:
1) Determines methods, techniques, for surface finishes; determine blends, matches, tints and tones to include CARC paints, Low-VOC polyurethanes requiring catalyst, urethanes, accelerators etc.;
2) Determines body work needed, conduct repair to various surfaces to include metal surfaces with DA sander, air file, needle gun etc.; 3) Applying CARC paint, paint insignias, markings, or other identifications and applies decals, use HVLP paint guns; and 4) Maintaining shop safety procedure, clean tools after completion of assignments.

- You will prepare and paint automotive and heavy construction equipment, ISO containers, parts, fiberglass boats and/or other components.
- You will determine method, techniques, devices and material needed to paint equipment
- You will prepare and paint automotive and heavy construction equipment with professional results.
- You will monitor and appropriately dispose of cleaning, thinning coating and waste materials.
- You will ensure work is completed in compliance with all safety regulations.
- You will ensure plans, blueprints, materials, and tools are readily available.
- You will place templates and stencils for insignia, numerals, letters and other markings.
