We are actively hiring a Testing & Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) Engineer to join our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Northern Virginia to p rovide system testing and IV&V support to a Sponsor technical communication program. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are actively hiring a Testing & Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) Engineer to join our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Northern Virginia to p rovide system testing and IV&V support to a Sponsor technical communication program. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Witness Factory Acceptance Testing to certify product satisfies requirements.
- Witness Software Development Iteration Meetings and Demos.
- Conduct Transition Readiness Review (TRR), generate daily and weekly status reports, and track discrepancies.
- Articulate and capture full understanding of the problem and scope; understand product level requirements and user stories; record test acceptance criteria and validate functionality.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, scripts and data sets for formal IV&V testing following Agency, Sponsor or intelligence partner procedures.
- Support specialty testing, such as system vulnerability testing performed by other internal or external organizations.
- Ensure messages are securely exchanged between the Sponsor's unique user terminals and back-end systems.
- Conduct Over-the-Air (OTA) transmissions to ensure that messages are being property sent/received to/from the Base End.
- Prepare relevant test and lessons learned documentation and provide recommendations.
- Review designs and testing approaches and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Familiarity with Sponsor technical communication systems.
- Levels:
- Bachelors degree with 8 years of Intelligence Community support, or 12 years with no degree.
- Bachelors degree with 12 years of Intelligence Community support, or 16 years with no degree.
