Summary:
• Develop and maintain robust reporting tools and applications.
• Enhance and sustain existing software code bases.
• Work with a technology stack that includes Java, Spring, Angular, Restful Web Services, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and Oracle.
• Utilize platforms and tools such as AWS, Node.js, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Provide essential 24/7 on-call support for critical systems.
• Up to 2 days/week telework
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 6+ years
Salary: $241k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and sustain complex reporting tools and applications.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and debugging of software code bases.
• Implement new features and functionalities using Java, Spring, Angular (Angular.js, Angular2, Angular4), Node.js, and Restful Web Services.
• Manage and interact with diverse data stores such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and Oracle.
• Develop and deploy solutions within an AWS cloud environment.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure system stability and provide critical support.
