Mandatory Certifications
- Certification: None required (CPTC is a plus)
- Compliance: Ability to obtain a favorable government clearance
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Development: Author system architecture guides, administrator manuals, user guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Information Gathering: Work closely with SMEs to gather technical information and ensure the accuracy of content.
- Agile Integration: Participate in Agile ceremonies to stay aligned with rapid development cycles and identify documentation gaps.
- Visual Content: Create technical diagrams and flowcharts to enhance visual understanding of complex systems.
Required Technical Skills
- Writing & Editing: Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to document complex architectures, APIs, and cloud-native systems.
- Authoring Tools: Proficiency in Confluence, ReadMe, or MadCap Flare.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Modern Frameworks: Familiarity with Kubernetes, DevSecOps, Docker, and Terraform.
- DoD Standards: Experience creating technical documentation for DoD or government projects.
