Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is searching for a skilled Field Technician responsible for traveling to customer job sites to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment or systems. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and the flexibility to work in various locations and environments. This is a temporary role for 3-4 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to client or job sites within the assigned service area
• Hanging access points
• Mounting switches
• Swapping machines
• Connecting printers and network cables
• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs or replacements
• Provide on-site support and technical assistance
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and team members
• Manage tools, parts, and equipment inventory

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of relevant, professional experience
• Experience in a technical field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various physical conditions (tight spaces etc.)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident
• Must be within driving distance of San Diego, CA and willing to work onsite
• Must be willing to join our team on a temporary basis
