This position is responsible for supporting flight operations across multiple contracts including coordination between Calvert management, stakeholders, customers, flight crew, and other flight operations support offices. Facilitates timely, effective, and compliant flight operations in various no-fail missions.

- Coordinates and completes processes, projects and logistics of flight operations support, across all applicable contracts.
- Translates customer requirements into executable schedule.
- Provides tools, products and structure supporting flight operations management.
- Coordinates, develops, and gains approval of requirement schedules.
- Coordinates with and schedules flight crew.
- Manages flight crew swap outs and ensures continuity of flight support to the customer.
- Provides scheduling and logistics guidance to flight crew based upon approved schedule and work authorization forms.
- Monitors training and currencies and coordinates required activities with appropriate providers.
- Identifies and tracks risks/issues and provides recommended corrective measures to flight operations management.
- Briefs status updates per established battle rhythm.
- Manages flight operations support documentation.
- Develops tools and standards for managing flight operations support.
- Ensures flight operations standards compliance.
- Coordinates resource requirements.
- Plans labor requirements with Program Managers and finance, as required.
- Reviews work authorization forms.
- Facilitates travel requirements with Program Managers, Travel Manager, and finance, as required.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer, site lead and the employee.
- Other tasks/duties as assigned.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education, Certifications & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with corresponding experience required.
- Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Minimum five (5) years' flight operations experience required, ten (10) + years preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience as supervisor of flight crew.
- Ten (10) years of previous DoD service with ISR, Space, Electromagnetic Spectrum, or related experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office operating systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to compose correspondence with a high degree of professionalism including punctuation, spelling and grammar to communicate with all management levels and maintain complete program control
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality on all levels and at all times
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively work independently, as well as, contribute as a team member in a collaborative environment
