Overview
The Senior Configuration Manager provides TSA's Trusted Operations, Maintenance, Cybersecurity, Assurance, and Technology (TOMCAT) operational continuity, service excellence, security, and adaptive IT/OT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support.
Responsibilities
· Identify, record, and report all IT components, hardware, software, associated documentation, drawings, and configuration files, including their versions, specific components, and item relationships.
· Establish, maintain, and administer all program data related to this Task Order. The data shall include, but not be limited to, the following types of documents: CDRLs, White Papers, Status Reports, Audit Reports, Agendas, Presentation Materials, and Minutes.
· Provide required information to the HNC-TO Configuration Control Board (CCB) to ensure approval for all requirements from each section before implementation.
· Perform site surveys at required locations. The findings of the site survey and any actions required must be documented and reported in preparation for system installation.
· Address technical inquiries, perform research, and interface with outside distributors, customers, and support organizations for IT-related requirement issues.
Qualifications
Required:
· Bachelor's Degree in IT related degree with 4 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
· Registered IAT Level II baseline certification: either CCNA Security, CySA+**, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, CND, and SSCP (preferred Security+ CE certificate)
· Secret Clearance
