Position Summary:

The Product Support Specialist / Operations Support Specialist serves a critical role in performing various analytical and administrative duties to support organizational objectives. This position involves managing staffing, tracking internal and external deadlines, and facilitating correspondence with designated functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support:
  • Assist as an Operations Specialist in diverse analytical and administrative tasks.
  • Manage staffing and track internal/external deadlines and correspondences.
• Planning and Management:
  • Utilize knowledge of planning, risk management, and program analysis to support operations.
  • Track responses to all tasks received across the organization.
• Documentation and Procedure Development:
  • Assist in defining and documenting processes into standard operating procedures or other written formats.
  • Ensure integrated planning for short-term, mid-term, and long-range projects and tasks.
• Policy Implementation:
  • Initiate, develop, revise, recommend, and ensure implementation of policies, plans, procedures, and directives under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Identify existing or potential problem areas within operations and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaboration and Advisory:
  • Advise and assist higher-level staff with assigned programs, briefing preparation, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing support and advice to organizational leadership, staff, and program managers.
• Project Planning and Risk Analysis:
  • Assist in planning detailed management projects, issues, and initiatives.
  • Provide support for risk analysis and tracking of cost, schedule, and performance of projects/programs.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Degree.
• Certifications: Office 365 and SharePoint certifications.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in operations support or related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of planning processes and project management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in Office 365 and SharePoint.
