What You'll Be Owning
GRVTY is seeking a Network Engineer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Herndon, VA. The Sponsor's office is responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise network architectures. This includes, but is not limited to the wide area network, local area network, firewalls, voice over IP, video engineering, data center engineering, network performance analysis, and Tier IV operational and engineering support and network security. The Sponsor requires network engineering support with a deep subject matter expertise with cryptographic devices.

What You Must Have
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
- Demonstrated experience with in-depth knowledge of General Dynamics crypto devices such as the E-100, FLEX, Micro, Nano, TL-I0G, TL-lg, and next generation crypto devices, including their configuration, operation, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex cryptographic systems.
- Demonstrated experience with technical knowledge of cryptographic principles, protocols, and technologies, including those related to General Dynamics crypto devices.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex technical issues related to General Dynamics crypto devices and developing effective solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with cryptographic protocols and standards, such as those related to encryption, decryption, and key management.
- Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and support to stakeholders, including written training documentation.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated experience with GEM crypto manager(s) software.
- Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and support to stakeholders, including actively training personnel.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Demonstrated experience with technical knowledge of cryptographic principles, protocols, and technologies, including those related to General Dynamics crypto devices.
- Demonstrated experience and familiarity with Sponsor networks and devices, including both new and legacy systems, to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to General Dynamics crypto devices and develop effective solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with agile project management methodologies to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience with effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical information to various stakeholders, including technical and non- technical persom1el.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work in a matrix environment. This includes being able to navigate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
- Shall operate General Dynamics brand crypto devices.
- Shall provide SME-level support for General Dynamics brand crypto devices, leveraging their expertise to ensure a seamless transition to legacy and new network architectures and the optimal operation of the devices.
- Shall perforn1 hands-on engineering to develop technical solutions that facilitate the prompt resolution of any technical challenges during the installation of new and legacy devices.
- Shall provide strategic direction and guidance for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of General Dynamics brand crypto devices.
- Shall provide invaluable insights and best practices critical to success, based on extensive experience specifically related to General Dynamics' products.
- Shall identify and mitigate risks, enhance operational efficiency, and support the longevity of the investment in General Dynamics' crypto solutions for the Sponsor network ecosystem
