Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Lead one or more service line support workstreams, translating priorities into weekly plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Direct day-to-day tasking for assigned team members, including work allocation, coaching, and quality review.
- Establish and maintain an operating rhythm (standups, action tracking, dashboards) to ensure predictable delivery and escalation.
- Coordinate projects, initiatives, and meetings to implement recommendations and client requirements
- Support development, revision, and maintenance of clinical operations artifacts (e.g., guidance documents, playbooks, briefing materials).
- Manage end-to-end delivery for governance products, including decision paper packages, publications, clinical practice recommendations, and revisions of Reports to Congress (RTCs).
- Monitor program performance and manage clinical community (CC)/clinical service line (CSL) portfolios, including schedule, risks/issues, dependencies, and deliverable status.
- Develop clear, executive-ready reports and presentations synthesizing analysis, findings, and recommendations.
- Coordinate and/or develop training support for clinical operations program management support team.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to stakeholders and internal team members to improve processes consistency.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- RN certification
- 3+ years of experience in clinical content development, performance evaluation, policy development and stakeholder management
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience with data analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office 365, team leadership and training content & delivery
