We’re hiring a Range Facilities Analyst to support Naval Special Warfare range operations in Coronado, CA. This position helps track facilities projects, work requests, planning documents, and supports the day-to-day management of range facility needs.
Description
Track and support range facility requirements and facility maintenance activities
Build and manage facilities project documentation (work requests, estimates, project packages)
Support facilities planning documents and lifecycle plans (LCMP-style planning)
Track project status, schedules, and coordination with stakeholders
Support administrative agreements and coordination documents (e.g., MOAs/ISSAs)
Support reporting, reconciliation of requests/expenditures, and general program support
Required Qualifications
5+ years Program Management experience (within last 10 years)
8+ years facilities maintenance/management experience (within last 10 years)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written communication and ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate government vehicles
Active DoD Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting SOF/NSW or similar DoD operational environments
Any PM certification
This position is contingent upon award
