Position Overview
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a Readiness and Training Analyst to support the Naval Special Warfare Group 11 (NSWG-11) N3 Department in Coronado, California. This position supports training, readiness reporting, and compliance efforts across the NSWG-11 clamancy, including Group-level requirements at the Echelon III level and support to SEAL Teams SEVENTEEN and EIGHTEEN at the Echelon IV level.
The selected candidate will coordinate and support the Operations Department (N3) in readiness reporting, training program development, exercise support, curriculum development, operational risk management, and compliance with Naval Special Warfare, Department of the Navy, and Department of Defense guidance.
This position is onsite only in Coronado, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Support the NSWG-11 N3 Department in matters aligned with the Commander’s Guidance and Intent
Assist with Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) responsibilities in accordance with Naval Special Warfare, Department of the Navy, and Department of Defense guidance
Develop and maintain readiness dashboards and reporting products
Assist in the development of Reserve Training Curriculum and training scopes
Collaborate with the NSWG-11 Plans Officer to support exercises and training events
Assist with collating actions across NSWG-11 and ensuring compliance with training programs
Support validation of operational training and equipment requirements
Assist in the development and execution of short- and long-term training plans
Support the High-Risk Training (HRT) Officer with administration, inspection, and execution of HRT and Operational Risk Management programs
Ensure training and exercise completion is accurately recorded in the appropriate systems
Provide oversight of Non-Combat Expenditure Allocation (NCEA)
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation in support of training readiness efforts
Required Qualifications
Active Secret Security Clearance
Valid state driver’s license
Prior Active Duty service at a minimum rank/rate of SOC or SBC (E-7)
Completion of training as a Naval Special Warfare Range Safety Officer
Experience running High Risk Training evolutions within Naval Special Warfare
Proficiency with common business software and Microsoft Office applications, including:
Word
Outlook
Excel
PowerPoint
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to accurately enter and manage data across multiple databases
Desired Qualifications
Master Training Specialist (MTS) or Journeyman Instructor certification
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting readiness reporting, training management, and compliance programs within Naval Special Warfare
Familiarity with DRRS and readiness dashboard development
Experience supporting operational planning, exercise coordination, and curriculum development
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment
