Job Description:
We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) Engineer will be responsible for managing the overall design, development, test, and implementation of an automated alert enrichment pipeline and DLP alert classifications using AI tools/solutions. Should be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Solution could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with the project team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Documenting data architecture designs, integration procedures, and data management workflows in a clear, comprehensive manner.
- Development and maintenance of integrations.
- Planning, conducting and documenting results of testing and troubleshooting of developed solutions. Monitoring and improving performance of the AI solution.
- Providing technical support to end-users and resolving issues in a timely manner and helping them to understand the use of the data, ML models and AI solutions.
