This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college.
• Experience working in the aerospace industry.
Desired Skills:
• Previous F-35 program experience.
• Able to work in a collaborative environment.
• Be able to effectively communicate with Customer, Program Management and other functional departments.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Senior you will be responsible for applying systems-engineering techniques and analytical methods to protect the F-35 program's export capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Anticipate and analyze business, economic, political, and regulatory changes that affect export compliance and develop proactive strategies.
- Collaborate with the ECC Technical Team Lead, ECC Lead Architect, and Export Architects to generate decision-support analyses for leadership.
- Recommend and document viable courses of action, drive decision implementation, and coordinate execution across the ECC team.
- Capture insights, issues, and lessons learned; define and execute a continuous-improvement plan for templates, training, and tools.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and adjust strategies to enhance export-control processes.
