THE WORK
In this important role, you will support various AEGIS and BMD programs within the MIC2 line of business, including MIAMD programs. Provide planning and schedule management and control expertise. Develop and maintain program IMS. Ensure adherence to planning processes, business rhythms, metrics, control and reporting mechanisms.
Key responsibilities include:
• Serving as a key interface to program management, subcontractors, and the customer for program status
• Reporting to an MIC2 MIAMD Integrated Program Planning Manager
• Supporting on-site program activities and meetings 1-2 times per week
• Leading and mentoring junior planners
• Leading proposal efforts and supporting program review

You are an experienced planner that is skilled using Deltek Open Plan, Microsoft Project, and EVMS, capable of leading junior planners. You excel at interfacing with program management, subcontractors, and customers to ensure schedule integrity and successful program outcomes.
A level 4 employee is senior-career and typically has 5+ years of related experience.

• Solid understanding of planning/scheduling principles and practices

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
