Description:What You Will Be Doing:
The selected candidate will be the F-35 Keep 'Em Flying Agile Cell Scrum Master. This position will be responsible for driving the future of F-35 Sustainment by implementing data-driven improvements to enhance mission capability by improving sustainment and engineering processes.
Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify degraders to fleet readiness, proposing and establishing current impacts and improvement opportunities, and coordinating with multi-functional teams to communicate recommended paths forward to all levels of leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent technical education and/or experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet program or project schedule milestones.
- Experience with investigating trend analysis of systemic issues
- Experience with root cause/corrective action concepts and methodologies
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of Aircraft Status Reporting and Performance Indicators (Production/Maintenance Control).
- Experience with analysis tools, data management, or comparative analysis.
- Proficient with work flow management tools (Jira, Confluence, Tableau).
- Experience in communicating with executive level leadership strongly preferred

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
