The pay schedule for all Supervisor Positions will be NM-2/3/4/5/6.
This position is eligible for ad-hoc/situational telework at the discretion of management.
This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code SUPERVISOR, proficiency level advanced the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.

- You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, administrative and technical management and supervision of a complex team of scientists and engineers on various branch projects and conducting supervisory activities at the first level.
- You will apply s knowledge in antenna design for the resolution of problems, development of approaches and settlement of conflicting assignments.
- You will perform work that involves directly managing antenna design, prototyping, and production projects and provides advice and guidance on specific technical aspects of systems or concept development.
- You will provide technical, project management, and contract oversight of branch antenna projects, as requested by and under the guidance of the division head, setting employee performance expectations and evaluating employee contributions.
- You will serve as part of the division Leadership Team and participate in the formulation and implementation of the Division Business Plan, program development, technical and administrative objectives.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 801 Advanced Level.
