Description

GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Intelligence Operations Support to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below:

1. The resource will serve as a primary leader and expert in managing and supporting complex operations involving cyber activities, providing guidance and expertise to achieve organizational objectives will ensuring the protection of sensitive information and methods.
2. The resource will utilize their expertise in managing complex projects, intelligence gathering, and cyber activities to guide and support cyber projects, while also providing administrative support as needed to ensure the effective functioning of systems and access controls.
3. The resource will facilitate coordination and communication between organizational elements and external partners, including government agencies and international representatives, on relevant issues.
4. The resource is expected to be self-sufficient in their role, serving as a primary point of contact between the central organization and regional teams on matters related to project management, administrative tasks, and issue resolution.
5. The resource should have significant experience in operation roles, including experience working in field or regional setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, with a strong background in areas such as program management, research, and documentation. This experience should include skills such as providing guidance and direction, conducting research, presenting information, and engaging with external partners, as well as producing various types of reports and documents.
• Demonstrated experience and strong understanding of counterintelligence principles and practices, including the ability to identify and document relevant indicators and trends in various data sources.
• Demonstrated experience with organizational policies and procedures, as well as strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey information in writing and through interpersonal interactions.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects of competing priority, while concurrently responding to short-fuse requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in understanding and managing complex, ambiguous and sometimes difficult situations and a demonstrated ability in bringing that experience to support projects.

Desired Skills

• Demonstrated experience managing or executing complex cyber activities with a strong background in planning and executing cyber projects.
• Demonstrated experience working a target area in a SOO capacity, specifically Russia, 3+ years would be desirable.
• Demonstrated experience working in an undefined work environment and adjust to priorities quickly.
• Demonstrated experience showing willingness to take initiative and be proactive.

Education Requirement

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
