The Opportunity
The Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, deployment, and sustainment of complex communications and infrastructure systems. This role works closely with engineering teams and customers to implement and maintain reliable solutions across distributed environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with networking, communications systems, Linux/Windows environments, and infrastructure troubleshooting, and is comfortable supporting systems deployed across geographically dispersed environments.

Key Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

• Configure, deploy, and maintain communications, networking, and infrastructure systems.
• Support system integration, testing, and troubleshooting across distributed environments.
• Administer Linux and Windows environments and support core networking services.
• Maintain secure connectivity and assist with cloud or remote infrastructure operations.
• Diagnose and resolve system, network, and infrastructure issues using standard diagnostic tools and documentation.
• Provide remote technical support for deployed systems and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
• Develop scripts or tools to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system reliability and operational performance.
• Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support system delivery and ongoing operations.
