Provisioning Specialist / Material Provisioner - (793)

EPS Corporation is seeking a Provisioning Specialist (Material Provisioner) provides critical provisioning and material support for Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities and Surface Support Craft Operations and Maintenance in support of NSWC PCD's Special Mission Systems Division. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining provisioning data and ensuring all required materials, spares, and support equipment are identified, cataloged, and available to sustain mission systems throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain provisioning documentation, including Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs), Allowance Parts Lists (APLs), and related technical data
• Analyze engineering drawings, technical manuals, and bills of material (BOMs) to identify provisioning requirements
• Identify, source, and track spare parts, repair parts, and support equipment for surface support craft and associated systems
• Ensure all provisioning data is accurately entered into Navy and DoD logistics systems
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, supply, and T&E teams to ensure provisioning supports operational readiness
• Assist in cataloging efforts, including National Stock Number (NSN) assignments and item identification
• Support configuration management and maintain accurate provisioning baselines
• Conduct provisioning reviews and support Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) activities
• Monitor material availability and support lifecycle sustainment planning
• Ensure compliance with applicable Navy standards, provisioning guidance, and DoD regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in provisioning, supply support, or logistics (DoD/Navy experience preferred)
• Experience interpreting technical data, engineering drawings, and parts lists
• Familiarity with provisioning documentation and logistics data systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) or similar Navy programs
• Familiarity with Navy provisioning systems and databases (e.g., CDMD-OA, One Touch, FED LOG)
• Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) processes
• Experience with NSN assignment and cataloging procedures
• Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
