The role involves troubleshooting planning outputs, optimizing system performance, and supporting demand and supply planning processes.
Description
- Configure and support SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, planning levels, and master data.
- Implement and optimize IBP Time Series Supply Planning Optimizer.
- Perform cost modelling of key figures and analyse optimizer results.
- Troubleshoot planning outputs and provide clear explanations of results to business stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve optimizer run-time performance.
- Support IBP Demand Planning processes and configurations.
- Conduct master data setup, validation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate planning solutions.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in IBP Time Series Supply Planning Optimizer.
- Experience with cost modelling of key figures, troubleshooting results, and explaining optimizer outcomes.
- Ability to perform performance tuning of optimizer run time.
- Hands-on experience with planning area configuration, key figures, planning levels, and master data setup.
- Solid experience in IBP Demand Planning.
Nice to Have
- Experience with IBP Demand Sensing.
- Knowledge of IBP Inventory Optimization (IO).
- Experience with IBP Control Tower.
- Familiarity with CI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services).
