Title: Sr. Specialist, Change management
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite Ottawa), in case there is a paucity of candidates, look for those open to working remotely
Duration: 6 months contract with extension possibilities
Pay Rate - $60-75/hr Inc.

Introduction

The role involves working with an organization focused on driving digital transformation. The specific role will be within the Change Management element, helping to shape and drive the Organizational Change Management (OCM) support as the client enables the transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance - Mandatory
• Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-level OCM-related risk mitigation plans
• Ability to coordinate OCM activities across major Transformation Program milestones
• Experience in producing and disseminating messaging materials for digital transformation programs
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record of providing OCM advice to senior executives
• Experience as a subject-matter expert in change strategy, approach, and best practices
• Ability to develop and execute end-to-end change management plans

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OCM-related risk mitigation plans
• Coordinate OCM activities and ensure alignment with program milestones
• Produce and coordinate dissemination of messaging materials
