Nightwing is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment, including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. Nightwing is seeking a Senior Resource Coordinator to support the staffing and planning requirements for engineering elements working in a design, development, deployment and operations environment.

Required Skills:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
  • Must have active DHS Suitability
  • Must be able to take responsibility for creation, review and updating of the Program Master Resource File, Security EOD/Clearance File, Financial file for creation of the monthly ETC baseline, and all program Organizational Charts.
  • Must be able to take a leadership role in working closely with Finance and Human Resources for salary validation/recommendations to ensure alignment with program targets and budgets as part of the hiring process.
  • Experience working in support of an Operations environment to plan and establish staffing goals and objectives for a team.
  • Experience acting as the primary support person to DevOps, SysOps and SecOps organizations for actions in support of hiring, firing, promotion, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience creating Job Descriptions that align with program needs and meet contractual obligations and constraints.
  • Experience with basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, staff planning, coaching and process execution.
  • Extensive experience working with resource management tools (IE: Syndeo, WorkDay, Visio)
  • Proven ability to work with the program partners to provide talent management and organizational effectiveness support across Teams and Functional areas
  • Proven ability to work across functional lines and directly take responsibility for resolving staffing issues in support of Human Resources, Finance, Subcontracts and Engineering.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills including preparing and presenting results, findings and alternatives and influencing management decision making based on the best available data


Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of the Financial forecast and ETC development process
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Experience supporting multiple engineering elements working in an agile environment requiring consistent staff replanning efforts
  • Experience working in DevOps and/or DevSecOps environments
  • Experience working in an operational cyber security DevOps, SysOps and SecOps environment


Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering Management, Finance Information Systems, Systems Engineering or a related discipline is required. Two years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of degree level education.


Desired Certifications:
  • DoD 8570.1 IAT Level I
