Systems Analyst

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Systems Analyst supporting the Nuclear Enterprise Center (NEC) at Fort Meade for the USSTRATCOM customer. NEC partners with stakeholders across the NC3 enterprise to direct and manage NC3 enterprise operations, advocate for and synchronize the fielding of modernized systems, and to define and integrate the next generation of NC3 capabilities. The Systems Analyst will join the Configuration Management team.

This is a full-time opportunity at Fort Meade.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Work with the enterprise customers to formulate and define system scope and objectives.
• Work with the team's subject matter experts to determine computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and a format for review of desired results.
• Perform systems requirements analysis and develop detailed specifications and supporting documentation.
• Provide oversight for program activities including program artifact development, review, and finalization.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Must have an active TS with ability to obtain SCI

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field

Years of experience: 5+ years experience

• Experience formulating/defining system scope and objectives for assigned projects.
• Has solved complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
• Has prepared detailed specifications and supporting documentation that required system requirements analysis.
• Experience managing the process of program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience with NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) or equivalent relevant experience at the Joint Staff, Service Headquarters, or Combatant Command level

Pay Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
