Operations Support Analyst – INDOPACOM Theater
Location: Joint Base Lewis- McChord Washington
Clearance Required: Active Top Secret/SCI
Leidos is seeking an experienced Operations Support Analyst to provide operational intelligence support to Army forces operating across the INDOPACOM theater. In this role, you will help integrate ISR capabilities into operational intelligence systems, support mission planning and analysis, and deliver training to operational forces on ISR tools and workflows.
You will represent TENCAP equities within INDOPACOM, advising both PdM Space Superiority leadership and supported units on the fielding, integration, employment, and future development of advanced ISR and mission‑enabling capabilities.

Operations Support Analyst – INDOPACOM Theater

Leidos is seeking an experienced Operations Support Analyst to provide operational intelligence support to Army forces operating across the INDOPACOM theater. In this role, you will help integrate ISR capabilities into operational intelligence systems, support mission planning and analysis, and deliver training to operational forces on ISR tools and workflows.
You will represent TENCAP equities within INDOPACOM, advising both PdM Space Superiority leadership and supported units on the fielding, integration, employment, and future development of advanced ISR and mission‑enabling capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the senior SME for theater operational support activities across INDOPACOM.
- Advise senior leaders on the complexities of integrating and fielding new capabilities into operational environments.
- Support all aspects of organize, train, and equip (OT&E) activities for GRID IV capabilities and associated field units.
- Act as a key stakeholder in major planning, engineering, and operational support meetings.
- Assist operational forces with mission planning, ISR integration, and intelligence analysis.
- Support operational exercises and coordinate with joint and Army stakeholders across the theater.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of intelligence architectures supporting operational missions.
- Provide training and mentorship on ISR capabilities, workflows, and system employment.
What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree in a science or engineering discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years
- OR 8+ years of directly related work experience in lieu of a Master’s
- 8+ years of DoD, Military, or U.S. Government experience supporting operational or intelligence missions
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Extensive experience supporting operational support and OT&E activities
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a senior technical authority, operations expert, and trusted advisor in complex mission environments
- Proven experience integrating ISR capabilities into operational workflows and supporting joint/Army operational units is highly desirable
- Experience working in INDOPACOM or other forward‑deployed theaters is a plus
