We are seeking a Technical Program Manager responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of complex technology programs that support client mission objectives. The Technical Program Manager works closely with program leadership, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of large-scale technical initiatives.

This role provides program-level leadership across multiple projects, ensuring alignment between technical execution, program priorities, and mission outcomes. The Technical Program Manager facilitates collaboration across engineering teams, supports architectural and technical decision-making, and ensures delivery is aligned with modern engineering practices such as Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud-enabled development.

As a Program Manager , you will be the leader, driving delivery in a government client consulting environment. You will be a client manager, coach, mentor, and an accountable program manager with a proven track record of leading deployments of solutions in a client environment.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of professional experience in program management, technical program management, or technology delivery leadership
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
  • Proven experience leading the deployment of enterprise and custom software solutions in client environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience growing and selling while delivering
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Proven team player and team builder
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Local to Washington, DC metro area

Preferred
  • PMP certification
  • Federal Clearance
  • Salesforce experience
  • AI experience

The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
