Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Process and analyze data related to worksite enforcement investigations, including deconfliction of targets and activities across federal, state, and local agencies.
- Support the identification and targeting of illegal aliens involved in worksite violations, including those linked to transnational criminal organizations.
- Mine and cultivate internal data to assess organizational, operational, and functional baselines for worksite enforcement programs and initiatives.
- Prepare nominations of known or suspected violators for relevant enforcement actions, in line with current White House policies and Executive Orders.
- Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments to inform leadership on strategic risks and opportunities.
- Provide written reports, presentations, and briefings to leadership and stakeholders, documenting findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Engage in multi-agency coordination and information sharing to prevent duplication of investigative efforts and support ongoing operations.
