Genesys Solutions Architect (18-Month Remote Contract)
We are seeking a Genesys Solutions Architect to serve as the technical authority for a mission-critical transition from a vendor-operated model to an internally managed contact center platform. This role is responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and operational readiness of a large-scale Genesys environment within a high-compliance public sector framework.
Position Details
Duration: 18-Month Contract.
Hours: Variable (15–40 hours per week depending on project phase).
Location: 100% Remote.
Residency: Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MO, NC, SC, NJ, PA, TX, VA, or WV.
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen.
Rate: $95 – $125/hr (C2C or 1099).
Core Responsibilities
Architecture & Design: Lead the configuration of Genesys CRM and telephony platforms, including IVR design, call routing, and workforce logic.
Systems Integration: Direct technical oversight for integrations between Genesys and downstream eligibility, enrollment, and case management systems.
Readiness & Go-Live: Perform platform assessments, lead UAT and integration testing, and provide hands-on support during cutover and early operations.
Compliance: Ensure all solution architecture aligns with strict security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge Transfer: Produce high-level technical documentation and configuration standards to enable long-term internal ownership.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing Genesys contact center solutions in complex, high-volume environments.
Proven background in contact center transitions and go-live readiness efforts.
Expert-level understanding of call routing, IVR design, and CRM integration.
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
