MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Cross-functional manufacturing experience (Engineering, Quality, or Production)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary projects or people
• Communication Skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Support recovery planning activities and partner with Manufacturing Leaders to verify critical milestone tracking and compliance.
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives that reduce waste and increase overall program productivity.
