In this role you will perform a variety of financial tasks to include resource controls, proposal preparation, and resource estimating support for the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program at its Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) in Silverdale, WA. Offices are located in Government provided facilities aboard the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) in Silverdale, WA.

- Resource controls duties include extracting, analyzing, and compiling data for monthly variance reporting of contracts. You will be responsible for loading and maintaining budgets and Estimate at Completes (EACs) in the Earned Value Management tool (COBRA). In addition, you will claim performance Budget Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) monthly.
- You will utilize the Earned Value Management system to measure cost and schedule performance, as well as prepare variance reports on a monthly basis.
- You will be responsible for coordination of monthly diagnostics, including taking corrective action.
- You will develop presentations for upper management on a weekly and monthly basis
- You will prepare Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEACs) and assist with proposals and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOE's) for both labor and non-labor inputs, working with various data systems to support contract proposals for new and existing efforts. - Other duties include: Participation in weekly production scheduling meetings, maintaining detailed spreadsheets to track costs, responding to numerous requests for cost estimates, and assisting managers in development of staffing plans and forecasts, and monitoring of weekly labor charges.
Must be able to obtain or already have an active Interim Secret security clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited college or equivalent years of experience/combined education or in lieu of degree experience will be considered.
Strong analytical abilities
Ability to work in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired Skills:
Prior EVM or Program Performance Management experience.
Experience with SAP and Cobra
Experience with Tableau
Proficient in Microsoft Office- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Previous experience working on defense
contracts located at a government owned and
operated facility.
Demonstrated success in team based environments.
Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3+ years of professional experience
Currently active Secret clearance preferred

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
