Job Description:
Analyze computing requirements to support system and application needs.
Lead multidisciplinary technical teams across various systems and application activities
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of multi-platform hardware, software, and system components
Plan, develop, design, integrate, and maintain comprehensive computer applications
Coordinate and manage the deployment of complex software and hardware for enterprise-wide releases
Ensure systems align with established architectural standards and objectives.
Evaluate complex systems for production readiness and ongoing supportability.
Identify and resolve complex system issues effectively
Lead the integration of security solutions within information systems to ensure compliance and protection
Demonstrate experience in Windows and Linux administration, or possess the ability to quickly acquire these skills
Conduct initial feasibility assessments of architectural solutions and alternative approaches
Assess product suitability for integration into delivery system environments during early evaluation phases
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
This position requires an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance and current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP) (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Willingness to upgrade from CIP to FSP (Full Scop Polygraph) or already have a current Full Scop Polygraph (FSP)
Level 2: 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Hands-on experience with AV system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with common AV equipment such as projectors, displays, DSPs, and control systems
Basic understanding of audio and video signal flow and cabling standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system documentation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers
Willingness to learn and adapt to new AV technologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3+ years of related systems design and integration experience, or equivalent education and experience
Associate degree or equivalent experience in Audio Visual technology or a related field
AVIXA certification (e.g., CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I)
Experience with DSP platforms such as Biamp, QSC, or similar
Proficiency with AV control systems like Crestron, Extron, or Thinklogical
Familiarity with design and documentation software such as AutoCAD and Visio
Experience working in government or defense-related AV environments
Knowledge of multi-classification AV system requirements and security protocols
Strong project management and customer service skills
Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
