Title: Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Specialist

Location: Markham, ON/100% Remote - Must be In Canada

Duration: 12 Months

Introduction

We are seeking experienced specialists to support a Government of Canada initiative. The project will require deep expertise in IBM Verify and IAM architecture to support the design, integration, and implementation of CIAM capabilities. Multiple resources may be required for this engagement. Full time: 37.5 hours a week.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with IBM Verify Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
• Deep expertise in CIAM architecture and solution design
• Development and integration of identity solutions
• Migration and onboarding of applications to CIAM platforms
• Extensive experience within Identity and Access Management (IAM) domains
• Experience integrating identity platforms with enterprise systems and applications
• Government of Canada security clearance required
• Secret clearance preferred
• Reliability clearance acceptable

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with IBM and client technical teams on CIAM strategy and implementation
• Experience conducting system assessments and providing technical recommendations
• Knowledge of IAM best practices

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and architect IBM Verify CIAM solutions
• Support development, configuration, and implementation of IBM Verify platforms
• Lead or assist with CIAM migrations and onboarding of applications
• Integrate IBM Verify with enterprise applications and identity systems
• Provide expertise on Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture and best practices
